Use this page for privacy questions, data access, correction, deletion, or account-related requests where applicable.
Important: If a particular game does not create user accounts or maintain an identifiable player profile, there may be no account to delete. We will explain what information can be deleted and what must be retained under applicable law.
Request access or deletion
Email YOUR_PRIVACY_EMAIL with the subject Privacy Request and include:
- The name of the game.
- Your request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy question.
- Any non-sensitive information that helps us locate the relevant account or support request.
We may need to verify the request to prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure. We will process valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Account deletion
If your game provides an account and an in-game deletion mechanism, use that mechanism first. You can also contact us at the privacy email above. When deletion is required, we will delete or anonymize associated personal data subject to legitimate exceptions, such as information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
Publisher setup: Replace the placeholder email before publishing. If any Aura Blade game offers account creation, make sure its actual account-deletion flow is easy to find from inside the app and is consistent with the current Google Play requirements.
