Privacy Policy

Aura Blade Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 24, 2026

This policy is designed as a publisher-level template for Aura Blade's mobile games. It must be kept synchronized with the actual SDKs, permissions, data flows, monetization setup, target audience, and Google Play Data safety declarations of each game.

Important: Different Aura Blade games may use different features and third-party services. A service listed below is described as potentially applicable where a game integrates it. We do not claim that every service is present in every game. The publisher should remove or edit any section that does not match the specific game's current build.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Blade ("Aura Blade", "we", "us", or "our") may collect, receive, use, disclose, retain, and protect information in connection with our mobile games, websites, customer support, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By installing or using a Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described here, subject to applicable law and any additional notices presented inside the specific game.

2. Information We May Process

The exact information depends on the game, device, permissions, SDK configuration, advertising choices, and features you use.

2.1 Device and technical information

  • Device model, manufacturer, operating system and OS version.
  • App version, SDK versions, language, country/region, time zone, and similar configuration information.
  • IP address and network-related information such as connection type and carrier, where provided by the device or service provider.
  • Identifiers used by platforms or advertising/analytics systems, such as an advertising identifier, app-scoped identifiers, installation identifiers, or similar pseudonymous identifiers, where applicable.
  • Performance information, diagnostics, crash reports, error logs, latency, frame-rate or performance signals, and other technical telemetry.

2.2 Gameplay and usage information

  • Game sessions, session duration, progression, levels, achievements, in-game events, feature interactions, and other gameplay events.
  • Ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad events, and related monetization events where advertising is enabled.
  • Purchase events, subscription or product identifiers, transaction status, and other information needed to validate and provide in-app purchases. Payment card details are generally processed by the applicable platform or payment provider rather than Aura Blade.

2.3 Information you provide

  • Information you voluntarily provide to customer support, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, and information needed to investigate an issue.
  • Information you provide when submitting a privacy, deletion, refund, or other request.

2.4 Information we generally do not request

Unless a particular game clearly states otherwise and has a legitimate feature requiring it, our games are not designed to request contacts, SMS messages, call logs, microphone recordings, camera content, precise location, or access to files/photos for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and provide the game and related services.
  • To save progress and provide requested features.
  • To measure performance, stability, engagement, and product quality.
  • To diagnose crashes, bugs, fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To understand aggregate game usage and improve gameplay, UX, content, and performance.
  • To show advertisements, including measuring ad delivery and performance, where applicable.
  • To process and validate in-app purchases and restore eligible purchases.
  • To respond to support and privacy requests.
  • To comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
  • To protect users, our services, and third parties against fraud, abuse, or security threats.

4. Advertising and Monetization

Selected games may be supported by advertising. Advertising can include banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, or other formats depending on the title and its current configuration.

Where advertising services are integrated, an advertising provider may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, app information, ad interaction information, coarse location inferred from network information, and other signals permitted by applicable law and the provider's policies. The provider may use these signals to deliver, measure, limit, personalize, or prevent fraudulent advertising as permitted by the applicable configuration and consent requirements.

Where required, the game may provide consent choices or privacy controls before certain forms of personalized advertising or data processing occur. Advertising configurations may also be limited by age, region, platform settings, or applicable law.

5. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Our games may contain third-party SDKs and services. An SDK may independently collect or receive certain technical, usage, advertising, analytics, crash, or purchase-related information. We evaluate and configure third-party services for the features they provide, and we are responsible for ensuring that the use of integrated SDKs is consistent with applicable platform policies and our disclosures.

The table is intentionally written as a configurable publisher template. Before publishing or submitting a specific app, keep only the SDKs actually included in that app's production build and verify each provider's current privacy documentation and data practices.

6. In-App Purchases and Payments

Some games may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, or other digital products. Purchases are normally processed through the relevant app store, such as Google Play. We may receive purchase-related information needed to verify the transaction, grant the purchased content, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and maintain purchase history.

We do not need your full payment card number to provide a Google Play purchase. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment platform under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. When Information May Be Shared

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the Services, such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud/platform, purchase, customer-support, security, and infrastructure providers. These providers may process information according to their own privacy documentation and our instructions or applicable legal arrangements.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, platform requirements, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information in the sense prohibited by applicable privacy laws. Advertising and analytics providers may nevertheless process identifiers and other information for their own permitted purposes, depending on the service and configuration.

8. Children and Age-Related Privacy

Our games may have different target audiences. The applicable target audience is disclosed in the relevant Google Play listing and configured in Play Console.

We do not knowingly use a game to request unnecessary personal information from children. If a game is directed to children or is included in a child/family program, we configure advertising, analytics, consent, and other data practices to meet the applicable Google Play Families requirements and relevant child-privacy laws.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information to us may contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required by applicable law.

9. Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal exceptions.

You may also be able to control advertising personalization through your Android device settings, Google account settings, or controls presented by the game or advertising provider.

If a game provides account creation, an applicable account/data deletion process should be available through the game or our support channel. See Data & Account Requests.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These may include encrypted network communications such as HTTPS/TLS, access controls, provider security controls, and minimizing access to information to people or systems that need it.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing the Services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods can vary by data type and by third-party service provider.

Crash, analytics, and advertising data may be retained according to the applicable provider's retention settings and policies.

12. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers.

13. External Links and Third-Party Policies

Our games or website may link to third-party services, including app stores, advertising providers, support systems, or social platforms. We do not control third-party websites or their privacy practices. You should review the privacy policies of those providers.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our games, services, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required.

16. Publisher Compliance Note

For every individual Google Play app, Aura Blade should maintain a current inventory of permissions, SDKs, data types, purposes, recipients, retention periods, advertising settings, age targeting, and deletion mechanisms. The Google Play Data safety form, in-app privacy disclosure, and this policy should accurately reflect the production build.
